Step 1.  Please visit this site to determine who retains the servicing of your loan.  You will only need to click on Home Affordable Refinancing unless you are here from Step 2 below.

Step 2.  If your loan is currently serviced by Fannie Mae the follow the below list of steps.  If your loan is serviced by Freddie Mac, Please click here.  If you loan is not serviced by either, please go back to step 1, revisit the site and click through the Home Affordable Modification section.
