The Home Equity Accelerator mortgage is a recently released product here in the United States that is gaining popularity like wildfire!  Popular for years in places like Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand, this mortgage has finally arrived here and I believe will change the way people look at mortgages FOREVER!

The most common goal I hear from clients as I help them construct their financial visions is "To pay off my mortgage as early as possible"  Prior to the introduction of the new Equity Accelerator Mortgage there were only three realistic ways to achive this:

• Bi weekly payment programs – This program automaticaly drafts money out of a checking account twice a month or 26 times a year to pay your mortage.
• The reduced term mortgage – 10,15, and 20 yr fixed loans that require a substantial increase in current spending.  Usually only achievable with huge sacrifice or large income increases.
• Equity Repositioning – Without a doubt one of the very best options available but it requires dilligence and comfort with the financial markets.
